Position Overview

As a Medical Liaison Officer at Healius, you will serve as a vital link between our organization and healthcare professionals. Your primary focus will be on driving revenue growth while effectively promoting our pathology services to local referrers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Cultivate and enhance relationships with existing referrers, ensuring alignment with current marketing strategies.
  • Serve as the initial point of contact for referrer inquiries, demonstrating a customer-centric approach.
  • Address and escalate any referrer concerns or complaints as necessary.
  • Develop and implement a thorough territory plan aimed at achieving revenue growth.
  • Drive revenue increases within your designated territory in accordance with budget expectations.
  • Identify and pursue new customer opportunities to expand the referrer network.
  • Enhance the referrer base in line with established performance indicators.
  • Conduct ongoing competitor and market analysis to inform strategic decisions.
  • Meet revenue targets through the execution of effective growth strategies.

Required Competencies

  • A valid Driver's License is mandatory.
  • A background in Health Science, Business, Sales, or Medical Terminology is preferred but not required.
  • Recent graduates or those with industry experience are encouraged to apply.
  • Proven sales experience with a track record of meeting targets, ideally within the healthcare sector, is advantageous.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) is beneficial.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills are essential.
  • A strong commitment to delivering outstanding customer service to referring practitioners is crucial.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities are required.
