We are expanding our workforce and are currently looking for dedicated individuals to fill the role of Sanitation Specialist at our healthcare facility, working on a Part-Time schedule (Monday to Friday, 6am to 10am).
Role Responsibilities:
- Thoroughly cleaning all consultation and surgical rooms, waiting areas, and administrative offices at the healthcare facility, including the management of blood and bodily fluids.
- Safely handling chemicals and/or hazardous materials while performing cleaning tasks.
- Identifying and documenting any issues related to cleaning services and/or safety protocols.
Essential Qualifications:
- Availability to work from 6am to 10am on weekdays.
- Possession of a valid Driver's License and reliable transportation.
- Current SA DHS Working With Children Check.
- Recent National Police Check issued within the last three months.
- Successful completion of a pre-employment medical examination (arranged by ISS).
- Compliance with South Australia Vaccination Policy, including full immunization for Hepatitis B, Varicella, Pertussis, Measles, Mumps, Rubella, and COVID-19. A Tuberculosis screening will also be required.
Note: Before starting work with ISS at this location, the DHS WWCC, police check, pre-employment medical, and all vaccinations must be completed. This process may take several weeks.
