Senior Therapist Leader

We are seeking an experienced leader to oversee a wide portfolio of therapeutic programs.
About the Opportunity:This organisation has a long-standing reputation for delivering holistic and inclusive health services tailored to the needs of women across the Illawarra. The team is passionate about community impact, and they are looking for a leader who shares their values to drive DFSV and mental health program innovation, continuous improvement, and evidence-based practice.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead strategic and operational delivery of a diverse range of therapeutic services.
- Provide clinical leadership, risk oversight, and service quality assurance.
- Supervise and support a multidisciplinary team of professionals.
- Foster partnerships with community stakeholders to support holistic care.
The successful candidate will be expected to have strong clinical skills, particularly in trauma, domestic/family violence, and mental health, as well as a deep understanding of feminist principles and gender-informed care.
Requirements:- Tertiary qualifications in psychology, counselling, social work or related field.
- Experience in program management and clinical leadership, within DFSV services.
