About This Role

This full-time Roster Coordinator opportunity is available in our Canberra office, working on the afternoon shift from 2pm to 10pm. As a Scheduler, you will be responsible for managing and administering client and staff schedules, ensuring rounds are set up with consideration to consistency, efficiency, and fairness, while maintaining care worker contracted hours.

The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience and/or qualifications in customer service, scheduling/rostering, data analytics, or call centre. Exceptional time management skills and the ability to manage multiple deadlines are also essential for this role.   • Maintain up-to-date data on care worker information
