Care Support Professional

We are seeking dedicated individuals to provide personal care support and engage with clients in their communities.
This role is ideal for those who possess strong communication skills, a commitment to delivering high-quality services, and the ability to work autonomously and under direction.
As a valued team member, you will enjoy an hourly rate based on your industry-related experience and qualifications, paid training, additional penalty rates for night and weekend shifts, salary packaging benefits, flexibility to support your lifestyle and commitments, and ongoing support and professional development.
To be successful, you will need current First Aid and CPR certificates, a Blue Card, an NDIS Worker Screening Check, a driver's license and vehicle, and a smartphone with iOS 13.0 or Android 6.0 operating system.
- Providing personal care support, including showering, toileting, dressing, and more
- Administering medications
- Transferring individuals using hoists and slide sheets, and general assistance with mobility
- Domestic duties, such as cleaning, laundry, and meal preparation
- Community engagement, such as attending doctors' appointments, grocery shopping, or other social or recreational activities of their choice
- Current First Aid and CPR certificates
