Sales Representative

As a Sales Representative - Field Sales, you will be responsible for delivering executional excellence across a range of corporate and independent Retail and P&C accounts. You will build close relationships with 3rd party partners to collaborate and build wins across your territory.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive sales growth and increase distribution width and depth in existing customers.
- Master power selling sales techniques and embrace our Red Bull MVP mantra and values.
- Develop relationships with key customers and new business leads, driving the in-store presence of Red Bull in line with Perfect Store standards.
- Presell and execute displays in line with key promotional periods across both corporate and independent accounts.
- Manage and cultivate good working relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Sales experience required, and FMCG experience preferred but not essential.
- Ability to manage and cultivate good working relationships.
- Strong selling skills (negotiation and objection handling) and commercial awareness.
- Naturally organised, high attention to detail, and comfortable working alone and in a team.
- A valid and full driver's license is required.
- Proficient in written and verbal English.
