Operational Risk Manager

As an Operational Risk Manager, you will play a key role in identifying and mitigating operational risks within the organization. You will be responsible for developing and implementing risk management strategies, as well as providing guidance and support to teams across the business.

The ideal candidate will have experience in operational risk management, with a strong understanding of risk frameworks and standards. They will also possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting regular risk assessments and audits to identify potential operational risks
  • Developing and implementing risk management strategies to mitigate these risks
  • Providing guidance and support to teams across the business on operational risk management best practices
  • Collaborating with senior stakeholders to ensure alignment with strategic objectives
