About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Manager to join our team at The Bridgeview Hotel, a family-friendly pub that offers a unique blend of hospitality, entertainment, and community spirit. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for leading a high-performing team, delivering exceptional customer service, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of hospitality professionals to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales growth
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the pub, including opening and closing procedures, inventory management, and staff scheduling
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction, loyalty, and retention
  • Collaborate with the management team to achieve business objectives and drive revenue growth
  • Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team of hospitality professionals
Requirements
  • 2-3 years of experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry
  • Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales growth
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, staff, and stakeholders
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances
