Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our service department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Scheduling and maintaining the bookings diary
  • Updating and communicating with customers on a regular basis
  • Raising and quoting repair orders
  • Computing costs, maintaining bill of materials and calculating rates for parts and service
  • Maintaining accurate records for all warranty work and repair orders
  • Preparing reports and communicating with stakeholders
  • Assisting the wider service team with various duties
  • Finalising work orders and preparing invoices

Requirements:

  • Trade qualification or demonstrated industry experience
  • Strong interpersonal, communication and organisational skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent attention to detail, mathematic ability and customer focus
  • Exceptional computer literacy and sound organisational skills
  • An ability to work autonomously and as a team
