Phone-Based Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a skilled phone-based customer service representative to join our team in the automotive parts industry.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assessing customers' needs and providing tailored solutions
  • Entering and processing sales orders accurately and efficiently
  • Tracking shipments and liaising with freight forwarders to ensure timely delivery
  • Providing expert advice on product pricing and availability to meet customer expectations

This is a dynamic and supportive team environment, working with a leading global supplier of automotive parts. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Requirements:Skills and Qualifications:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

Education and Experience:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer service role, preferably in the automotive parts industry
Certifications and Training:
