About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Configuration Management Specialist EWIS to join our team at KBR. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in configuration management and data management, with a proven track record of delivering complex technical configuration work within an integrated workforce.Key Responsibilities:
Our Senior Configuration Management Specialist EWIS will be accountable for providing administrative support to the Sustainment management unit (SMU), demonstrating understanding of engineering systems and processes, undertaking configuration activities in accordance with SAE 649C configuration principles, and providing subject matter expert advice on Configuration Management and Data Management (CM/DM) to SMU members of both technical and nontechnical backgrounds. Additionally, they will provide tracking compliance to policies and procedures, resolving or escalating any compliance issues, facilitating CM and DM audits, mentoring the organization of CM / DM services, concepts, policies, and procedures, assisting with the configuration control board (CCB) and enacting changes as directed, demonstrating an understanding of Data Management principles, and ensuring Objective access and data storage are compliant with CASG QMSE.Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need relevant tertiary qualifications or relevant industry experience, and a minimum of 7 years' experience in a Defence or related technical industry. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are also essential, as is the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment. Familiarity with SAE 649C configuration principles and CM/DM best practices is also desirable.Compensation Package:
