Centre Director

Talent Focus Education, in collaboration with a renowned childcare center, is seeking a dedicated and experienced Centre Manager to lead their facility. They are committed to providing high-quality early childhood education and care to children aged 0 weeks to 5 years old.
Position Overview: The centre operates from 6.30am to 6.30pm, catering to 115 children.
We are looking for a qualified and passionate Manager who will play a pivotal role in ensuring the well-being, development, and overall success of our childcare center.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in early childhood education and a minimum of 2 years of experience in a leadership or Management position within a childcare setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement high-quality early childhood education programs.
- Lead a team of educators to provide exceptional care and education to children.
- Ensure compliance with local and state childcare regulations and licensing requirements.
- Manage centre operations, including budgeting, staffing, and facilities.
- Collaborate with the centre's management team to achieve strategic goals.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Diploma in Early Childhood Education or an equivalent qualification.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Director or leadership role within a childcare center.
- Profound knowledge of early childhood development and best practices in childcare.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Familiarity with local and state childcare regulations and licensing requirements.
- Current First Aid and CPR certification (or willingness to obtain).
