Project Manager - Infrastructure and Building Services

Are you a skilled project manager looking to utilise your expertise in infrastructure and building services? This role will provide an opportunity for you to showcase your technical knowledge and project management skills in a dynamic environment.

**Job Description:

This position is responsible for providing technical advice and managing infrastructure projects in support of major capital design and delivery. The successful candidate will be required to work closely with stakeholders to ensure successful completion within agreed performance criteria.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Provide infrastructure and building services advice across a broad range of building management issues.
  • Promote and ensure the use of appropriate project management techniques, methodologies, and tools to deliver safe, quality project outcomes.

**Requirements and Qualifications:**

  • Proven experience in managing medium to high scale multi-trade projects, preferably in healthcare, achieving agreed performance criteria.
  • Experience in stakeholder relationship management to support effective project delivery, including initiating relationships and influencing key stakeholders.
  • Strong negotiation, consultation, facilitation, and written/oral communication skills for a project environment.
  • Safety in Construction Industry White Card (desirable).
  • Diploma in Project Management or professional membership of a recognised industry organisation (highly regarded).
