**Job Overview**

We are seeking Support Workers to provide care for clients in various settings.

The role involves supporting individuals with daily living tasks, social interactions, and personal care.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Assisting with light household cleaning
  • Providing social support and companionship
  • Aiding with personal care and grooming
  • Transporting clients to appointments and engaging them in community activities

About the Clients

You will work with a diverse group of clients who require varying levels of support. This may include aged care, NDIS, and mental health clients.

Your Role in Their Lives

As a Support Worker, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of your clients. You will be responsible for helping them with activities of daily living, such as showering, meal preparation, and shopping.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualities and qualifications:

  • Minimum 2-3 weekdays of availability per week
  • Previous experience working in a support worker role or similar (desired)
  • Covid-19 vaccination evidence (3 doses)
  • NDIS worker screening clearance
  • First Aid Certificate
  • Working With Children Check
  • Current Driver's Licence (P1 or above) and access to a reliable vehicle

Schedule and Pay

The role involves shift work, with penalty rates applicable. You will receive competitive hourly pay rates between $28-$35 per hour, depending on your experience and qualifications.
