Se busca a un especialista en educación de pelo con experiencia para trabajar en el área sur de Sídney y suburbios occidentales, con viajes ocasionales al área de Wagga.

Contrato a plazo fijo de 6 meses

Entre las responsabilidades se encuentran:

  • Gestionar nuevos y existentes salones LP.
  • Entregar educación LP Academy tanto en línea como fuera de línea.
  • Desarrollar salones para crecer sus negocios a través de capacitación en línea y fuera de línea.
  • Crear contenido para plataformas sociales.
  • Gestionar la educación y animación de salones, incluyendo demostraciones de productos.
Cualificaciones y Habilidades Requeridas

Para este puesto se requiere:

  • Certificación III en peluquería.
  • Certificación IV en capacitación o equivalente (no es necesario pero es una ventaja).
  • Poder ser proactivo y enfocado en soluciones.
  • Tener la capacidad de identificar oportunidades de negocio nuevas.
  • Ser resultado orientado con actitud y pasión por educar y coachear.
  • Ser bien organizado con atención al detalle.
  • Experiencia técnica previa con productos LP (muy deseable).
  • Experiencia en educación o capacitación (muy deseable).
