Having secured a strong pipeline of large-scale new build projects spanning several years in their Newcastle division, we are seeking to employ an ambitious Building Cadet to develop their skills and grow within the company's Newcastle division.

About The Position

As the Building Cadet, you will provide support assisting in all areas of the project from start to finish.

This is a great opportunity allowing you to gain an understanding of the full end-to-end project management process and work within a high-functioning delivery team.

The Building Cadet will be required to create weekly reports, organise site access and schedule work accordingly.

This is a great opportunity to work within a team of industry professionals who will provide you with invaluable experience and mentorship.

Duties
  1. Prepare weekly reports
  2. Provide support to project team
  3. WHS Compliance
  4. Liaise with contractors daily
  5. General site administration
Skills & Experience

Currently enrolled in a Construction Management Degree or equivalent

3rd or 4th year student or recent Graduate in Construction Management

Must have a positive attitude and possess a willingness to learn

Excellent organisational and time management skills

Strong attention to detail
