About the Position

We are seeking an ambitious Construction Management Trainee to join our Newcastle division and develop their skills and grow within our company. As a key member of our project team, you will provide support in all areas of the project from start to finish, gaining an understanding of the full end-to-end project management process.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare weekly reports and updates on project progress
  • Provide support to the project team, including site administration and coordination
  • Ensure compliance with Work Health and Safety (WHS) regulations
  • Liaise with contractors and stakeholders on a daily basis
  • Assist with general site administration and coordination

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in a Construction Management degree or equivalent
  • 3rd or 4th year student or recent graduate in Construction Management
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn and develop skills
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Strong attention to detail
