Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced senior fleet professional to join our Corporate team in Queensland.

The successful candidate will be instrumental in driving Fleet results across Queensland locations, working closely with fleet teams and business clients to drive sales.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Representing the company as a point of contact for corporate fleet clients
  • Building relationships with key corporate clients, suppliers, and partners to foster loyalty and mutually beneficial outcomes
  • Understanding customer needs and developing plans to address them
  • Implementing operational strategies to streamline fleet processes, reduce costs, and improve service delivery
  • Identifying key stakeholders in client companies to cultivate strategic and profitable relationships
  • Seeking out new business opportunities with existing customers
  • Driving year-on-year growth of the Fleet portfolio in line with annual targets
  • Prospecting and working with the Fleet team on new business opportunities through new clients and partners
  • Advising clients on optimal fleet strategies and market trends appropriate to their business needs
  • Monitoring and analysing client fleet key performance results and sales
  • Preparing and presenting business reports on client accounts
  • Collaborating across departments to ensure alignment and seamless execution of fleet operations
  • Fostering a unified team culture, encouraging collaboration, accountability, and shared success
  • Promoting continuous improvement, innovation, and professional development within the fleet team
  • Leading by example, demonstrating commitment to excellence, integrity, and customer satisfaction

Requirements and Skills:

  • Proven experience in business-to-business relationship management and business development
