About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive officer to join our team and play a key role in the successful delivery of a key business project. In this hands-on role, you will coordinate project activities, manage critical processes like invoicing and performance tracking, and help ensure the project delivers exceptional customer experience, quality outputs, and financial outcomes.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Track and report on key performance indicators across customer experience, marketing, finance, and training platform metrics.
  • Analyse data trends and provide actionable insights on user behaviour, content effectiveness, and platform usage.
  • Support the development and maintenance of dashboards and prepare reports for project governance.
  • Manage platform updates, including content uploads and pricing changes.
  • Maintain effective relationships with external suppliers and marketing vendors.
  • Act as a key point of coordination between internal teams including marketing, finance, support, and learning.
  • Overssee invoicing processes and revenue reconciliation in collaboration with the Finance team.
  • Provide day-to-day project coordination and administrative support to ensure smooth project delivery.
