The Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled project specialist to help us achieve improved results and outcomes through strategic and operational projects. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated knowledge of project management methodologies and analytical skills to deliver innovative solutions throughout the project lifecycle.

Your Responsibilities:

  • ">
  • Design, manage, and deliver strategic and operational projects to support improved results and outcomes.">
  • Analyse business processes and provide recommendations for improvement, ensuring strategies are in place to maximise performance revenue.">
  • Ensure specific change management plans are created with respect to training, communication to, and orientation of employees in conjunction with key stakeholders impacted by proposed changes.">
  • Manage changes, issues, risks, and dependencies effectively, including the development of contingency plans.">
  • Measure, monitor, and report on regular agreed timeframes to demonstrate actions, success, deviations, and risks.">
  • Partner with other departments to design and implement projects.">
  • Consult with stakeholders to identify key business requirements.">
  • Identify trends in skills gaps and develop strategies to improve capability.">
  • Implement effective compliance arrangements in business operations, ensuring regulatory, contractual, policy, and governance requirements are met.">

About You:

  • ">
  • Demonstrated knowledge of project management methodologies (accreditation preferred).">
  • Comprehensive understanding of relevant legislation.">
  • Tertiary studies in a related field advantageous.">
  • Strong analytical, evaluation, and problem-solving skills.">
  • Experience working at a strategic level of contemporary learning and development / organisational development in medium to large organisations.">
  • Demonstrated experience in a similar role, working within a fast-paced business environment.">
  • Effective oral and written communication skills.">
  • Highly competent in the use of Microsoft Office Suite products.">
