About the Role
As Project Officer, you will support the delivery of strategic projects and programs that advance organisational priorities at Investment NSW. You will coordinate and assist with research, reporting, as well as systems and process implementation to ensure outcomes are achieved on time, on budget, and to a high standard. Working with internal teams and stakeholders, you will provide project support, prepare reports and briefs, maintain documentation, and facilitate effective communication. The role requires strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to turn complex information into practical outputs.
You will join the Business Enablement team within Strategic Performance and Implementation, which helps branches deliver by managing cross-agency programs, providing tools and reporting, and driving business improvements.

  We're Looking For
Project Management: Experience coordinating projects, tracking milestones, and delivering results on time and budget.Communication & Engagement: Strong skills in writing, reporting, and stakeholder engagement to support clear, effective outcomes.Organisation & Prioritisation: Ability to manage competing priorities, maintain accuracy, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
