About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Stewarding Supervisor to join our team at The Ritz-Carlton Melbourne. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and effective operation of our food and beverage services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise a team of stewards to ensure seamless clean-up processes and maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization.
  • Collaborate with the Stewarding Manager to ensure the quality, consistency, and production of food in all areas of responsibility.
  • Operate and maintain cleaning equipment and tools, including dishwashing machines, hand wash stations, pot-scrubbing stations, and trash compactors.
  • Provide exceptional service to guests, welcoming and acknowledging them with a smile.
  • Ensure compliance with sanitation and cleaning procedures, reporting maintenance issues and storing cleaning supplies and equipment properly.
