Social Media Specialist - APAC South

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and creative Regional Social Media Content Manager to lead our social media strategy and content calendar for ANZ & SEA.

The ideal candidate will have deep familiarity with social platforms, strong editorial skills, and a collaborative mindset to execute world-class content and ensure our social presence is culturally relevant and locally resonant.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Develop and own our local social media strategy and content calendar for ANZ & SEA.

  • Create and publish engaging content across Meta, X, TikTok, and YouTube that resonates with players and supports campaign objectives.

  • Manage the day-to-day publishing of content, community interactions, and player engagement across our social channels.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners to develop regional activations and execute campaigns.

  • Brief and manage external agencies to support content creation and execution.

  • Analyse key social KPIs and provide insights to optimise strategy.

  • Stay ahead of platform trends and competitive landscape to inform content direction.

  • Act as an ambassador of our brand and values online and at local events.

Your Profile:

  • 6+ years of experience managing social media channels in a fast-paced marketing or community role.

  • Proven experience creating content and engaging audiences across major social platforms.

  • Strong editorial and copywriting skills with ability to write in-brand tone.

  • Familiarity with social and content tools.

  • Able to work across time zones and with global counterparts.

  • A team player with excellent collaboration and communication skills.

  • Interest in gaming and digital entertainment beneficial but not required.
