Technical Manager/ESG Management System

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Manager to lead our ESG Management System team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining our ESG audit checklist and guidance, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to deliver technical solutions, and ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain ESG audit checklist and guidance
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to deliver technical solutions
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations
  • Provide technical support to internal teams and external clients
  • Lead the technical team and provide strategic guidance
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive innovation and alignment with industry standards
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in environment, law, human rights, or similar
  • At least 10 years of management system auditing experience against standards like RBA, BSCI, SMETA, SA8000, ISO14001, ISO14064, ISO14067, ISO45001
  • Excellent written and spoken English skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Full of responsibility, works with minimal supervision
  • Detail-oriented
