About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled ESG Technical Support Specialist to join our team at Diligent. As a member of our support team, you will provide exceptional technical expertise to our customers, helping them to get the most out of our ESG software solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide Technical Support: Interact with customers to resolve technical issues and provide hands-on technical expertise.
  • Collaborate with Team: Work closely with the support team to evaluate complex customer problems, identify root causes, and drive solutions.
  • Analyze Customer Feedback: Analyze customer suggestions and recommendations to improve our ESG software solutions.
  • Process Calls and Issues: Accurately process and record customer calls and issues for future reference.
Requirements
  • Technical Experience: 0-3 years of experience in phone-based software application or technical support.
  • ESG Knowledge: Understanding of CDP, GRI, and/or RobecoSAM Frameworks, or strong interest in ESG initiatives.
  • Customer-Centric: Proactive learner with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and building relationships.
