Customer Engagement Manager

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing and implementing effective CRM strategies, improving database engagement, retention, and growth.
Key Responsibilities- Design, build, and optimize marketing automation campaigns and customer journeys using the Salesforce Marketing Cloud platform ecosystem.
- Lead internal stakeholders to create and execute email marketing, marketing automation, and lifecycle marketing activity.
- Drive the adoption of agile principles in marketing operations and campaign delivery.
- Develop omni-channel automation journeys and campaigns that are personalized, relevant, and optimized.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or equivalent.
- 7+ years of demonstrated experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud email marketing and automation platform.
- Proven ability to drive measurable customer and business outcomes through marketing automation initiatives.
