General Counsel & Company Secretary Role

We are seeking an experienced General Counsel to lead our organisation across contractual and legal risk matters, as well as complex corporate governance matrixes.

This role will be a key member of our Executive team, working closely with the Group CEO, Group Executives, and Senior Leaders to centralise legal functions, review existing processes, and improve efficiencies across legal and governance.

The ideal candidate will have NFP company secretariat experience across subsidiary governance, committee charters, modern slavery, policy frameworks, and workplace agendas. They will provide high-level advice to the Board on best practice corporate governance and company secretarial strategy.

In this role, you will solidify key templates for major contracts, provide legal review and advice, prepare tender responses, and review critical third-party arrangements.
