Job Title

This is an exciting opportunity to lead organisational transformation and drive impactful improvement.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing smart frameworks, evaluating and reporting on service delivery, operational efficiency and strategic alignment across teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Embed performance measurement and systems thinking across teams
  • Drive a culture of innovation and continuous improvement
  • Facilitate workshops and capability-building initiatives
  • Lead end-to-end service reviews to enhance delivery, reduce costs and boost revenue
  • Integrate customer insights into service redesigns
  • Prepare high-quality reports, presentations and business cases
  • Align service reviews with corporate planning and reporting
  • Monitor outcomes from the financial sustainability roadmap
  • Manage consultants to ensure quality insights and tangible results
  • Oversee benefit realisation reporting across financial and non-financial metrics

About You:
  • You hold a relevant tertiary business or project management-related qualification and/or demonstrated relevant experience
  • You have demonstrated expertise in service planning, strategic analysis or business improvement within a complex organisation
  • Your proven ability to lead and deliver high-impact projects
