Are you a strategic leader with expertise in organizational change management? We are seeking an experienced Principal Organisational Change Manager to join our team.

This is an exciting opportunity for you to lead the development, implementation and continuous improvement of our Enterprise & Program Capability Delivery Governance System.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Driving effective change management in large-scale transformative programs
  • Leveraging your experience to coach senior leaders and executives in change management
  • Establishing formal/informal change networks for programs
  • Developing strategies to manage dependencies and overlapping impacts across projects
  • Preparing reports on program changes and highlighting risks to adoption

You will have extensive experience in delivering effective change management, advanced planning and project management skills, and the ability to influence senior stakeholders and executives.

We are looking for someone who can plan and lead others to achieve priority outcomes, respond flexibly to changing environments, and provide coaching and change leadership to teams.
