Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Labourer to join our team in the Parks and Open Space Team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering maintenance activities related to Townsville's public infrastructure within parks, open spaces, and cemeteries.

About the Role
  • Carrying out regular herbicide maintenance of open spaces
  • Providing assistance to other teams as required
  • Planting, gardening, weeding, and mulching
  • Operating manual light trucks, including loading, unloading, and securing loads

Candidates must be physically fit to perform the variety of work and able to work in a hot outdoor environment.

The role is based at our Rowes Bay Depot.

Requirements

To be eligible for this role, applicants must possess a Manual "C" class licence and a Construction Industry White Card (30215 QLD).
