**Job Overview:**

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Plant Operator to join our team. As a key member of our maintenance crew, you will be responsible for operating front deck mowers and other equipment to maintain the cleanliness and beauty of our parks and open spaces.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate front deck mowers and other equipment in a safe and efficient manner.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of our parks and open spaces.
  • Perform minor maintenance on equipment and report any issues or defects.
  • Work independently and as part of a team to achieve goals and objectives.

Requirements:

  • Current manual 'C' class driver's licence.
  • Knowledge of road signage and traffic control requirements.
  • Able to safely operate a range of light plant, machinery and equipment.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Sound problem solving skills and effective time management.
