Job Description:

As a Business Analyst, you will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between business objectives and technological capabilities. You will work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, analyse data, and develop strategic solutions that enhance operations and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Gather business needs and requirements for new projects and initiatives from stakeholdersConduct thorough data analysis to support decision-making processes and improve operational efficiencyDevelop detailed documentation, including business requirements, functional specifications, and process flowsFacilitate workshops and meetings to gather feedback and ensure alignment between stakeholders and project teamsAssist in the development and implementation of new systems, processes, and toolsMonitor project progress and provide updates to stakeholders, ensuring timely delivery of solutionsConduct market research and competitive analysis to inform strategic planning and identify opportunities for improvementSupport testing and quality assurance processes to ensure that solutions meet business requirements

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst in the financial services sector would be an advantage, however is not essential
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed recommendations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and software
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a keen attention to detail
