About Our Team

We are a dynamic team of professionals dedicated to building and maintaining our community's open spaces. We strive to provide exceptional service and support to our residents and visitors.

As a Supervisor, you will play a key role in the development and execution of horticultural programs. Your primary focus will be on maintaining our parks, sports grounds, and roadside vegetation within designated areas.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Formulate and implement park maintenance programs, including irrigation and horticultural initiatives

  • Coordinate work teams, contractors, materials, and machinery for various projects

  • Implement minor landscaping projects and assist with access maintenance as required

  • Plan, produce, and implement work schedules

About You

To succeed in this role, you must possess excellent communication and collaboration skills, aligning with our values of integrity, efficiency, and leadership. A current C Class Drivers Licence and ACDC Licence (or ability to obtain within six months) are also essential requirements.

Additionally, you will need to undergo immunisation against Q Fever prior to commencement and pass regular respirator fit tests.
