Client Service Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Client Service Specialist to deliver exceptional client service and support for our clients in the Managed Funds industry.

  • Deliver timely and accurate responses to client queries, ensuring seamless communication and minimizing delays.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, internal teams, and stakeholders, fostering collaboration and trust.
  • Provide operational support for Managed Funds settlements, security setup, and asset servicing, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Identify opportunities for process enhancements and implement improvements to drive efficiency and excellence in client service.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in client-facing operations, preferably in the financial services industry.
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality client service and resolving complex issues.
  • Strong knowledge of financial markets, instruments, and regulations.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with ability to communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders.
