Our organization is looking for a highly skilled Supply Chain Planner to join our newly created centralized division.

About the Role
  • Lead and oversee the execution of inventory optimization initiatives within the network.
  • Collaborate closely with distribution staff, customer service staff, production planners, and production staff to resolve operational issues on site.
  • Regularly review monthly distribution requirements and proactively develop strategies to minimize excess stock, reduce inventory shortages, monitor stock levels, rebalance as necessary, identify inventory policy violations, track Stock Transfer Orders (STOs), and ensure timely delivery to customer sites. Additionally, monitor inventory performance against key performance indicators (KPIs) and manage SAP purchase order and STO details in accordance with any changes.
About You
  • A minimum of three years of professional experience in supply chain planning is required.
  • SAP expertise is essential.
  • Previous experience with first-principles inventory management methods is necessary.
  • Numeracy and systems literacy are required.
  • Exposure to Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) / Integrated Business Planning (IBP) environments is desirable.
  • Excellent planning, organizing skills, combined with strong attention to detail.
  • A team player able to effectively influence and communicate cross-functionally at a senior level.
