Job Description

Turner & Townsend is seeking a highly skilled Forensic Schedule Lead to join our team. As a Forensic Schedule Lead, you will have the opportunity to work with world-class clients on cutting-edge projects and build a successful career with a company that offers the highest levels of support at every stage.

We work on projects of all sizes, from one-off developments to mega-programmes, and help the largest companies in the world. In this role, you will have knowledge in:

Key Responsibilities
  • Leading the analysis of time-based claims up or down the supply-chain, resulting in successful negotiated resolutions.
  • Critically analyzing project and major programme performance, identifying root causes of distress.
  • Applying analytical methodologies to large datasets to calculate schedule delay overruns in large-scale construction projects.
  • Developing strategies to successfully recover performance of distressed projects or major programmes.
  • Providing strategic advice on client claims and/or disputes.
  • Leading the drafting of detailed expert witness reports.
Requirements
  • Professionally qualified in construction, cost management, engineering, or project management.
  • Experience in project delay analysis, preferably in the construction environment or Natural Resources.
  • Strong experience in providing scheduling/planning advice and managing client relationships.
  • Experience working in a client-focused consultancy environment.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with staff at all levels.
  • Excellent verbal and written English with excellent report writing skills.
