Forensic Schedule Lead

Job Description
Turner & Townsend is seeking a highly skilled Forensic Schedule Lead to join our Contract Services team in Sydney. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading schedule claims analysis and providing claims analysis assistance across our Infrastructure and Natural Resource clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the analysis of time-based claims up or down the supply-chain, resulting in successful negotiated resolution.
- Critically analyze project and major programme performance, identifying root causes of distress.
- Develop and implement strategies to recover performance of distressed projects or major programmes.
- Provide expert witness reports and convert technical data into a narrative.
- Build and lead a team of project claims analysts.
Requirements
- Professionally qualified in construction, cost management, engineering, or project management.
- Experience in project delay analysis, preferably in the construction environment or Natural Resources.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with staff at all levels.
- Excellent verbal and written English with excellent report writing skills.
