Job Title: Tax and Business Services Manager


We are seeking a highly skilled Tax and Business Services Manager to join our team. As a senior professional in this role, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality client outcomes within agreed timeframes, building strong relationships with clients, and managing their expectations effectively.


About the Role:


  • Deliver accurate, high-quality client outcomes within agreed timeframes
  • Build strong client relationships and manage expectations effectively
  • Grow your portfolio and fee base through excellent client service and business development activities
  • Ensure compliance with quality assurance policies, procedures, and relevant legislation
  • Contribute to business improvement projects and initiatives
  • Mentor and review the work of staff, providing constructive feedback and guidance
  • Manage work-in-progress and billings to achieve office targets
  • Monitor personal performance against financial key performance indicators

About You:


  • Member of CA, CPA, or equivalent professional body
  • Minimum of five years' full-time experience in a similar role
  • Broad knowledge of accounting and general financial management principles
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Advanced numeracy skills with attention to detail
  • Proven ability to meet deadlines while maintaining a high standard of work
