- Report Incidents and Activities: Report incidents, activities, and defects to the Senior Guest Service Attendant, ensuring a safe and enjoyable journey for all passengers.
- Stay Updated on Queensland Rail Services: Stay updated on Queensland Rail Tourist Train service, products, and third-party travel offerings, providing passengers with accurate information and recommendations.
