  • Lead business readiness activities to ensure smooth transitions and embedding new processes.
What We're Looking For:
  • 5+ years of experience as a Change Manager/Lead on large transformation programs.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage and influence anyone.
  • A self-starter with a proactive mindset and ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
  • Formal Change Management certification (e.g., ADKAR, PROSCI) and project management skills (desirable).
Bonus Points:
  • Experience with agile delivery, business transformation, or process improvement (Lean Six Sigma).
  • Knowledge of the not-for-profit sector and the NDIS is a plus.
