About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our Capability Support branch in Service Design and Support. As a Digital Transformation Specialist, you will play a critical role in driving digital transformation and business improvement initiatives across Statewide Services.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Implementing and coordinating online learning systems and tools for use in schools and staff professional learning;
  • Overseeing and managing processes for the production and publication of classroom and professional learning resources;
  • Providing expert advice to support the delivery of Statewide Services systems;
  • Maintaining strategic oversight of digital business system requirements.

Key Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Demonstrated high-level project and program management skills, including ability to implement processes to facilitate monitoring, reporting and successful delivery;
  • Demonstrated highly developed communication and interpersonal skills to build effective relationships and networks;
  • Demonstrated highly developed written communication skills, including extensive experience in preparing correspondence, reports and policy;
  • Demonstrated highly developed conceptual, analytical and problem-solving skills and experience in applying strategic thinking to achieve outcomes;
  • Demonstrated highly developed organisational skills with a proven ability to deliver outcomes on schedule in a demanding environment.
