Electrical Maintenance Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Maintenance Specialist to join our team at Sanitarium. As an Electrical Maintenance Specialist, you will be responsible for maintaining the reliability and continuity of our factory, ensuring the smooth operation of our equipment and processes.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in electrical maintenance, with experience in FMCG manufacturing. They will be able to work independently and proactively on preventive maintenance, breakdowns, and new installation work. Good fault-finding skills and the ability to read electrical drawings are essential.
The role includes a 30% night shift loading and requires the ability to work shift work, including morning, afternoon, and night shifts. The successful candidate will be safety-focused and process-driven, with a basic understanding of how a PLC operates and the ability to use a computerised Maintenance System.
