About the Role

We are seeking an experienced UHT/Tetra Electrician or Fitter to join our team at Sanitarium, a leading Australian-owned FMCG company. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our food and beverage machinery, including fillers, mixers, conveyors, sensors, pneumatics, UHT processing machinery, and packaging machines.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain, configure, and diagnose food and beverage machinery to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
  • Perform changeovers of machine configurations to meet production demands.
  • Troubleshoot mechanical faults, production breakdowns, and operating settings using hydraulic and pneumatics.
  • Execute planned maintenance tasks in a timely manner to minimize downtime.
  • Ensure that all work is carried out in accordance with safe engineering work practices and food safety requirements.
Requirements
  • Experience in the beverage manufacturing industry, preferably with steam/heating and refrigeration plant.
  • Knowledge of GEA, Tetra, and SIG equipment.
  • Experience with mechanical, electrical, and automation equipment.
