
Comprehensive Care Coordinator Opportunity

This role offers an exceptional chance to provide comprehensive care to patients with a diverse range of needs in a dynamic setting outside of the hospital. As a Comprehensive Care Coordinator, you will be responsible for:
- Coordinating and delivering high-quality patient-centred care within a multidisciplinary environment.
- Working in a professionally stimulating, rewarding environment that utilises innovative technology.
- Responding confidently to clinical changes and other emergency situations.
- Mentoring junior staff and contributing to continuous improvement.
About You:
- Available to work full time or part time on a 7-day rotating roster across morning (7am-3pm), afternoon (2pm-10pm) and night shift (9.30am-7.30am).
- Passionate about patient-centred care and excited to be a part of this innovative model of care.
- At least eight months' experience as a Registered Nurse.
- Current unrestricted AHPRA registration.
- Hold current First Aid and CPR certificates.
- Hold a South Australian Working with Children Check and National Police Clearance (or willing and eligible to obtain).
- Willing and able to provide proof of up-to-date vaccinations.
