Property Valuer - Residential Development & Build to Rent

We are seeking a property student due to graduate in 2026 or 2027, eager to pursue CPV registration and a career in valuations. The successful candidate will work closely with our specialist team on a day-to-day basis.

The role involves all facets of the valuation and consultancy process, including preliminary work, property inspections, compiling valuation data, sales/leasing analysis, and preparing quality valuation reports and advice.

  • Obtain hands-on experience and progress towards achieving Certified Practising Valuer (CPV) status.
  • Work for a range of clients including banks, corporates, developers, and major institutions.
About the Role
  • As a property valuer, you will be responsible for undertaking property inspections, compiling valuation data, and preparing quality valuation reports and advice.
  • You will work closely with our specialist team, gaining valuable experience and knowledge in the field of property valuations.
