About the RoleAs a leader in our Food and Beverage division, you will be responsible for motivating and guiding your team to ensure smooth operations. This includes managing staff schedules, training and development programs, and implementing quality control measures to maintain high standards of food and beverage presentation and service.
Key Responsibilities- Support daily operational requirements of the venue.
- Maintain quality, presentation and delivery standards for food and beverages.
- Ensure health, hygiene and safety compliance, including relevant certification adherence.
- Handle point of sale reconciliations responsibly.
- Communicate effectively with staff and management regarding operational issues.
- Minimum 2 years of food and beverage service experience.
- Previous supervisory experience or training.
- Strong communication, conflict resolution and customer service skills.
- Current certifications as required by law.
