About the Role

This is a Senior Product Manager position at Upguard, a leading cybersecurity company. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge and experience in product management, especially in technical or software development environments.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Manage Upguard's integrations, driving long-term strategy, medium-term prioritization, and day-to-day execution across the integration product squad.
  2. Collaborate with engineering teams to build and refine integrations with various third-party platforms, enhancing the value of Upguard's products.
  3. Quickly react to new integration opportunities as they arise, assessing their value and prioritizing their development.
  4. Oversee the development and maintenance of our integration documentation, ensuring it is comprehensive, accurate, and user-friendly.
  5. Work collaboratively with other Upguard Product Managers to ensure integrations are effectively leveraged across the platform.
  6. Coordinate with Marketing and Sales teams to effectively communicate the value and capabilities of new integrations to customers and prospects.
  7. Understand the competitive landscape to ensure Upguard's integrations are industry-leading.

Requirements

  1. Strong knowledge and experience in product management, particularly within a technical or software development environment.
  2. Experience with integrations, including knowledge of APIs, data mapping, and system interoperability.
  3. High energy and creativity, with a willingness to deeply understand problems and find innovative solutions.
  4. A keen interest in product management and developing customer-centric solutions.
  5. Proven experience leading cross-functional teams.
  6. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  7. A Bachelor's degree or higher.
