We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the field of healthy ageing. This is a unique opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of older Australians and contribute to the development of a comprehensive health and community care system.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in project management, with experience in coordinating and delivering projects within the aged and community care scope of work. They will also possess excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to build partnerships and collaborative working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
This role requires a high level of organisational skill, with the ability to facilitate events and manage data collection processes. The ideal candidate will be passionate about living values such as collaboration, integrity, diversity, courage, and impact.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to lead the development of regular and targeted communications to the health and aged care sectors. You will also apply project management knowledge and skills to ensure that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
Key responsibilities include developing, coordinating, and delivering projects and initiatives within the aged and community care scope of work. You will also build capacity, strengthen the integration of health and care services, encourage enrolment to government-backed initiatives, and support the delivery of aged care projects to improve outcomes for older Australians.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Tertiary qualifications in a health or social care-related field (preferred)
- Experience and knowledge of health and aged care sectors
- Demonstrated knowledge/experience in the use of digital health systems (e.g. current CHIA certification) desirable
- Demonstrated experience in project management
- Experience and skills in stakeholder engagement and change management
- Great workplace culture with exposure to national programs
- Flexibility can be negotiated depending on business needs, including the potential to work from home up to 3 days per week, flexible hours, accrued days off, and flexible start/finish times
