About the Role

We are seeking a talented and passionate individual to join our team as a Healthy Habits Coach.

As a key member of our community, you will play a vital role in inspiring and empowering members to build healthy habits and achieve their wellness goals.

The role involves delivering engaging workshops, facilitating discussions, and providing supportive guidance to help members set and achieve milestones on their wellness journeys.

You will be responsible for creating an inclusive and welcoming environment, utilizing your strong facilitation skills to keep the discussion relevant and flowing.

In addition, you will celebrate member successes, support members in building healthy habits, and encourage them to set actions for the coming week.

To succeed in this role, you will need to be a strong facilitator, empathetic, comfortable with rapid change, and possess excellent coaching skills, time management, and communication skills.
