Room Attendant Opportunity

To deliver exceptional service and maintain the highest standards of cleanliness in hotel rooms, you will be expected to anticipate and promptly attend to guest needs. Services and cleans allocated rooms efficiently within designated timeframes while ensuring a consistently high level of professional appearance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Anticipate and promptly respond to guest's needs and desires.
  • Service and clean allocated rooms to the highest standards within allocated timeframes.
  • Replenish and control guest supplies effectively.
  • Report any maintenance requiring attention to supervisors.
  • Follow all housekeeping policies and procedures as set by the executive housekeeper.
  • Maintain a consistently high level of personal grooming.
  • Inform the housekeeping office of unusual situations or potential health and safety hazards.
  • Attend monthly departmental communication meetings.
  • Comply with standard operational policies and procedures outlined in the team handbook.
